Since 2017, the number of patents covering AI has increased 5-6 times in the Eurasian region. EAPO examiner Kirill Blednov reported on the loyal policy of patenting such inventions. However, this type of inventions has become one of the most important in IP despite its youth. Currently there is a need for the development of legal norms to provide protection for information technology solutions.
