On November 21, 2012 at the headquarters of the Eurasian Patent Organization in Moscow President of the EAPO, Alexander Grigoriev and Director General of Rospatent, Boris Simonov signed a “Memorandum of Understanding between the Eurasian Patent Office of the Eurasian Patent Organization and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) to grant access to the Eurasian Patent Information System to public libraries and the leading higher education institutions of the Russian Federation”.

Also on November 21, 2012 President of the EAPO Alexander Grigoriev and Head of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Azizyan signed “Agreement between the Eurasian Patent Office Eurasian Patent Organization and the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Armenia on granting access to the Eurasian Patent Information System to public libraries and the leading higher education institutions of the Republic of Armenia” .
